The video must:

Clearly demonstrate any damage or defect present when the parcel is opened
A return or refund request without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
This requirement helps us verify whether the product was damaged before or during delivery and allows us to raise the issue with our supplier or delivery partner.
4. Reporting a Damaged Product
If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
